About Me

My experience, education, passion for real estate, drive, and unique background builds credibility and sets me apart from my competitors.


My journey in real estate began in 2001, and I haven’t looked back since. With over two decades of hands-on experience in the real estate and property management industry, I bring a comprehensive and strategic approach to managing residential and commercial properties which has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping property owners maximize the value of their investments.

At the age of 24, I founded my own property management company and purchased my first investment property. Within just one year, I purchased four additional properties and eventually personally owned a portfolio of 10 investment properties. I didn’t go after the easy wins—I bought the properties no one else wanted. I specialized in acquiring distressed and undervalued real estate—often purchasing the most challenging properties on the market, including the “ugliest house on the block” and even one involving a recent murder. I saw potential where others saw problems. These early experiences laid the foundation for a deep understanding of value-added investment strategies and property rehabilitation.

My professional background also spans both residential and commercial real estate. I have personally owned and managed a diverse range of properties, from single-family homes and townhomes to commercial buildings. My experience includes working with institutional investors, serving as a hedge fund manager for a high-volume investment firm where we consistently closed 30–35 properties per month. That experience taught me how to navigate fast-paced, high-volume transactions while never losing sight of the details.

In addition to my private-sector experience, I have remained actively involved in my local community. I served as Treasurer of the Avalon Park Homeowners Association, held a position on the Architectural Review Committee, and have sat on additional, various boards and attended numerous board meetings. I have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and attended landlord-tenant legal hearings, further strengthening my knowledge of real estate law, operations, and compliance.

One of my most notable professional collaborations was with a prominent investor who owned one of the largest commercial property portfolios on Park Avenue in Winter Park, Florida. This partnership further enhanced my understanding of high-value asset management and commercial property operations.

Today, I continue to apply my experience, market insight, and passion for real estate to provide full-service, results-driven property management solutions.
